التطبيق مجاني، بدون حساب وبدون إعلانات، ويقدمه مطوّر تطبيق كشتة.
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» ونطوّره باستمرار، وقد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها.
خاص بهذا التطبيق
كشتة GPS أداة مساعدة للملاحة وليست بديلاً عن الاستعداد والخبرة. خذ معك دائماً ماء ووقوداً كافياً وأخبر أحداً بخط سيرك.
قد تكون الخرائط والأماكن والطقس ومواقيت الصلاة غير دقيقة أو قديمة. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في حالات الطوارئ، واتصل بالطوارئ المحلية.
ميزة الطوارئ بين الأجهزة القريبة تعتمد على وجود أجهزة في المدى ولا نضمن وصول الرسائل.
الأماكن ومنشورات الجيران من المستخدمين. لا تنشر محتوى مسيئاً أو مخالفاً أو معلومات شخصية لغيرك؛ نحذف المحتوى المخالف ونوقف من يكرر ذلك.
عند إضافة مكان تمنحنا ترخيصاً مجانياً ودائماً لعرضه ونشره داخل التطبيق وفي بيانات المجتمع.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق في أي شيء مخالف للقانون، ولا تحاول تعطيل خوادمنا أو إرسال بيانات مزيفة.
لا ترسل لنا معلومات شخصية عن غيرك.
حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على نتائجه. Apple ليست طرفاً في هذه الشروط ولا مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو دعمه.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، ما لم تمنحك قوانين بلدك حقوقاً إضافية لا يجوز التنازل عنها.
By using Kashta GPS you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app
The app is free, with no account and no ads, and is provided by the developer of Kashta GPS.
We provide the app “as is” and keep improving it; we may add, change or stop features.
Specific to this app
Kashta GPS is a navigation aid, not a substitute for preparation and experience. Always carry enough water and fuel and tell someone your route.
Maps, places, weather and prayer times can be inaccurate or out of date. Do not rely on them alone in an emergency; call local emergency services.
The nearby-devices emergency feature depends on devices in range; delivery is not guaranteed.
Places and Neighbours posts come from users. Do not post abusive or illegal content or other people’s personal information; we remove offending content and block repeat offenders.
When you add a place, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to show and publish it in the app and in community data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt our servers or send fake data.
Do not send us personal information about other people.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the app or relying on its results. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, unless the laws of your country give you additional rights that cannot be waived.
