باختصار: لا حساب، لا إعلانات، لا تتبّع، ولا نبيع بياناتك. بياناتك الأساسية تبقى على جهازك. الإحصاءات المجهولة شغّالة افتراضياً وتقدر توقفها بضغطة، وأي معلومة إضافية (مثل بريدك أو رقمك) لا تصلنا إلا إذا اخترت مشاركتها بنفسك.

هذا التطبيق يقدّمه مطوّر تطبيق كشتة GPS («نحن»). للتواصل في أي شيء يخص الخصوصية: kout@me.com.

ما يبقى على جهازك فقط

موقعك الحالي ومسارات الرحلات التي تسجّلها.
الأماكن المحفوظة والمفضلة وموقع المخيم والسيارة.
قوائم العدّة والمصاريف وتقسيمها.
الخرائط التي تنزّلها.

لا نستطيع الوصول إلى هذه البيانات. إذا حذفت التطبيق تُحذف معه، إلا النسخ التي تصدّرها أو تحفظها في iCloud بنفسك.

إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة (شغّالة افتراضياً، وتقدر توقفها)

عشان نعرف وش يفيدك ونطوّر التطبيق، يرسل التطبيق إحصاءات مجهولة. نوضّح لك هذا في شاشة «ساعدنا نطوّر التطبيق» أثناء بداية الاستخدام، وفيها زر تقدر توقف منه الإحصاءات قبل ما يوصلنا أي شيء، وتقدر توقفها بعدين في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية. هذه الإحصاءات لا ترتبط بهويتك، ولا نستخدمها لتتبّعك. يرسل التطبيق:

معرّف تثبيت عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك. لا يرتبط باسمك أو رقمك أو بريدك، وليس معرّف الإعلانات (IDFA). تقدر تعيد إنشاءه متى شئت من الإعدادات.
الأحداث: أي الميزات استُخدمت ومتى. مثل: فتح البوصلة أو القبلة، بدء «روح له»، تنزيل خريطة دولة، استخدام القياس، تفعيل الأذان. لا نرسل موقعك مع هذه الأحداث.
إصدار التطبيق، إصدار النظام، نوع الجهاز (آيفون أو آيباد فقط، بدون الطراز)، ولغة الجهاز ومنطقته.
الدولة: يستنتجها مزوّد الاستضافة (Cloudflare) من الاتصال. نستخدم عنوان IP لحظياً لمنع إساءة الاستخدام فقط، ولا نحفظه أبداً.

لا نرسل أبداً: الأسماء، جهات الاتصال، الصور، المبالغ، ولا موقعك الدقيق. إذا أوقفت الإحصاءات، يتوقف الإرسال فوراً وتنحذف الأحداث المنتظرة على جهازك، ولك أن تطلب حذف ما وصلنا سابقاً.

ما تختار مشاركته بنفسك

كل ما يلي اختياري تماماً، ولا يصلنا إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة على شاشة مخصصة:

بريدك الإلكتروني و/أو رقم واتساب، مع اختيار منفصل: هل توافق على رسائل تسويقية منا؟ بدون هذه الموافقة نستخدم وسيلة التواصل فقط للرد عليك بخصوص ما أرسلته.

الأماكن التي تضيفها للمجتمع: الاسم والنوع (بئر، وادي، مخيم…) والإحداثيات وملاحظاتك. نراجعها قبل النشر، وعند اعتمادها يظهر الاسم والنوع والإحداثيات لكل المستخدمين بدون أي معلومة عنك، ولا ننشر الملاحظات.
مناطق الرحلات (فقط إذا فعّلت «شارك مناطق رحلاتي»): مربعات تقريبية بحجم 1 كم تقريباً، مع الشهر فقط بدون يوم أو ساعة. نستخدمها لمعرفة أكثر مناطق الكشتة زيارة.
أسلوب رحلاتك وحجم المجموعة ونوع السيارة (اختيارات من قائمة).

نحفظ ما تشاركه هنا بمعرّف منفصل عن معرّف الإحصاءات، فلا نربط استخدامك للتطبيق ببريدك أو رقمك. ونستقبل أيضاً الرسائل التي ترسلها لنا من صفحة الدعم.

«جيران البر»: ما تنشره للجيران

«جيران البر» لوحة للمخيمات القريبة منك. كل ما تنشره فيها (المنشور، الردود، والاسم الظاهر الذي تختاره) يُحفظ على خوادمنا ويشوفه الجيران في نفس المنطقة.
لا نعرف من أنت: منشوراتك مرتبطة بمعرّف عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك عند أول نشر، ولا يرتبط باسمك أو رقمك أو بريدك أو أي حساب. وهو منفصل عن معرّف الإحصاءات ومعرّف المشاركة الاختيارية.
لا نحفظ موقعك: عند النشر يرسل التطبيق مربعاً تقريبياً بحجم 5 كم تقريباً ونقطة عشوائية داخله، وأنت من يختار مشاركته. موقعك الدقيق لا يغادر جهازك.
المنشورات تختفي تلقائياً بعد 48 ساعة (الفعاليات حتى نهايتها، بحد أقصى 7 أيام) وتُحذف نهائياً من خوادمنا خلال 7 أيام بعدها. وتقدر تحذف أي منشور أو رد لك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو تحذف كل ما يرتبط بمعرّفك من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← «احذف بياناتي».
نفلتر كل نص قبل نشره (لا روابط ولا أرقام هواتف ولا بريد ولا ألفاظ مسيئة). تقدر تبلّغ عن أي منشور أو رد أو كاتب وتحظر من تشاء (ولا يشوف كل منكما منشورات الآخر). ما يبلّغ عنه 3 أشخاص مختلفون يُخفى فوراً إلى أن نراجعه، ومن يخالف القواعد نوقفه عن النشر.
لمنع الإغراق نحسب عدد المنشورات لكل معرّف ولكل اتصال في اليوم. نحفظ لهذا الغرض بصمة مشفّرة لعنوان الاتصال تتغير كل يوم وتُحذف خلال 24 ساعة، ولا نحفظ عنوان IP نفسه أبداً.

خدمات أخرى يتصل بها التطبيق

Open-Meteo (الطقس): يرسل التطبيق موقعاً تقريبياً (مقرّباً إلى 1 كم تقريباً) لجلب الطقس وجودة الهواء، بدون أي معرّف.
ميزات المخيم (الدردشة، الرسائل الصوتية، «أنا ضايع»): تنتقل مباشرة بين الأجهزة القريبة بدون خوادمنا.
الخرائط: تُنزَّل من خوادمنا (Cloudflare) بدون أي معرّف. بيانات الخرائط © OpenStreetMap contributors.

التطبيق يحمّل أيضاً إعدادات عامة من خوادمنا (مثل الأخبار داخل التطبيق والقواعد المحدّثة) بدون أي معرّف.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

لنعرف أي الميزات مفيدة، ونصلح الأعطال، ونطوّر التطبيق.
لنشر إحصاءات وتقارير مجمّعة (مثل «أكثر الأسواق استخداماً» أو «أكثر مناطق الكشتة زيارة حسب الشهر») قد نشاركها مع شركاء أو رعاة. هذه التقارير أرقام مجمّعة فقط، لا تتضمن أي شخص بعينه، ولا نعرض أي رقم يقل عن 10 أشخاص.
لإرسال رسائل تسويقية، فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء البيانات أو شبكات الإعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

نعالج الإحصاءات المجهولة لمصلحتنا المشروعة في تحسين التطبيق، مع حقك في إيقافها في أي وقت، ونعالج البيانات الاختيارية (التواصل والإجابات والأماكن ومناطق الرحلات) بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة فقط.

مدة الاحتفاظ

أحداث الاستخدام: 13 شهراً، ثم تُحذف ويبقى منها عدّ مجمّع فقط.
بيانات الموافقة ووسيلة التواصل: حتى تسحب موافقتك أو تحذف بياناتك، أو بعد 24 شهراً من آخر استخدام.
مناطق الرحلات: 24 شهراً. الأماكن المرفوضة: 90 يوماً. رسائل الدعم: 12 شهراً.
منشورات «جيران البر» وردودها: 48 ساعة (الفعاليات حتى 7 أيام)، ثم تُحذف نهائياً خلال 7 أيام. بصمة الاتصال لمنع الإغراق: 24 ساعة.

حقوقك

لك الحق في معرفة بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت:

من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← «احذف بياناتي». يُحذف كل ما يرتبط بمعرّف التثبيت فوراً.
بدون التطبيق: من صفحة الدعم بإدخال البريد أو رقم واتساب الذي شاركته، أو راسلنا على kout@me.com.

نرد على طلبات الخصوصية خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

الأمان والمكان

البيانات تنتقل مشفّرة (HTTPS) وتُحفظ لدى Cloudflare في مراكز بيانات قد تكون خارج بلدك (غالباً في أوروبا). الوصول إليها محصور بنا عبر مفتاح سري.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، وخيارات مشاركة البريد أو الرقم مخصصة لمن عمره 18 سنة أو أكثر.

القوانين

نلتزم بلائحة حماية خصوصية البيانات الصادرة عن هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في الكويت، ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في السعودية، وقوانين حماية البيانات في دول الخليج وغيرها حيث تنطبق، وبإرشادات الخصوصية في App Store.

التغييرات

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييراً جوهرياً، نحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة ونبلّغك داخل التطبيق، ونطلب موافقتك من جديد قبل جمع أي نوع جديد من البيانات الاختيارية.

Privacy Policy

In short: no account, no ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data. Your core data stays on your device. Anonymous usage statistics are on by default and you can turn them off with one tap; anything more (such as your email or number) only reaches us if you choose to share it.

Who we are

This app is provided by the developer of Kashta GPS (“we”). For any privacy question: kout@me.com.

What stays on your device only

Your current location and the tracks you record.
Saved and favourite places, your camp and car pins.
Gear lists, expenses and how they are split.
The maps you download.

We cannot access this data. Deleting the app deletes it, except copies you export or keep in iCloud yourself.

Anonymous usage statistics (on by default, you can turn them off)

To learn what helps you and improve the app, the app sends anonymous statistics. We explain this on the “Help us improve the app” screen when you start using the app; it has a switch to turn statistics off before anything is sent, and you can turn them off at any time later in Settings → Privacy. These statistics are not linked to your identity and are never used to track you. The app sends:

A random install ID created on your device. It is not linked to your name, number or email, and it is not the advertising identifier (IDFA). You can reset it at any time in Settings.
Events: which features were used and when. For example: opening the compass or Qibla, starting go-to, downloading a country map, using measure, turning on athan reminders. We never send your location with these events.
App version, OS version, device type (iPhone or iPad only, not the model), and your device language and region.
Country: derived by our host (Cloudflare) from the connection. We use your IP address momentarily to block abuse and never store it.

We never send names, contacts, photos, amounts or your precise location. If you turn statistics off, sending stops immediately and events waiting on your device are deleted; you can also ask us to delete what we already received.

What you choose to share

Everything below is optional and only reaches us after you explicitly agree on a dedicated screen:

Your email and/or WhatsApp number, with a separate choice: do you agree to marketing messages from us? Without that consent we use your contact only to reply about what you sent us.

Places you add for the community: name, type (well, wadi, camp spot…), coordinates and your notes. We review them first; once approved, the name, type and coordinates are shown to all users with nothing about you, and notes are never published.
Trip areas (only if you turn on “Share my trip areas”): rough squares about 1 km wide, with the month only, never the day or time. We use them to learn which camping areas are most visited.
Your trip style, group size and vehicle type (choices from a list).

We keep what you share here under an ID that is separate from the statistics ID, so your app usage is never tied to your email or number. We also receive messages you send us from the support page.

Neighbours board: what you post

The Neighbours board is for the camps around you. Everything you post there (the post, replies and the display name you choose) is stored on our server and shown to neighbours in the same area.
We do not know who you are: your posts are tied to a random ID created on your device the first time you post. It is not linked to your name, number, email or any account, and it is separate from the statistics ID and the opt-in ID.
We never store your location: when you post, the app sends a rough cell about 5 km wide and a random point inside it, and you choose to share it. Your precise position never leaves your device.
Posts disappear automatically after 48 hours (events at their end time, 7 days at most) and are erased from our server within 7 days after that. You can delete any of your posts or replies at any time in the app, or erase everything tied to your ID from Settings → Privacy → “Delete my data”.
Every text is filtered before it is published (no links, phone numbers, emails or abusive words). You can report any post, reply or author and block anyone (neither of you then sees the other's posts). Anything reported by 3 different people is hidden immediately until we review it, and people who break the rules are suspended from posting.
To stop flooding we count posts per ID and per connection per day. For that we keep a hashed fingerprint of the connection that changes every day and is deleted within 24 hours; the IP address itself is never stored.

Other services the app talks to

Open-Meteo (weather): the app sends an approximate location (rounded to about 1 km) to fetch weather and air quality, with no identifier.
Camp features (chat, voice messages, “I’m lost”): travel directly between nearby devices, not through our servers.

The app also downloads general settings from our server (such as in-app announcements and updated rules) with no identifier.

Why we use data

To learn which features help, fix problems and improve the app.
To publish aggregate statistics and reports (such as “most used markets” or “most visited camping areas by month”) that we may share with partners or sponsors. These are aggregate numbers only, never about an individual, and we never show a figure based on fewer than 10 people.
To send marketing messages, only if you agreed.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it with data brokers or ad networks, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We process anonymous statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the app, with your right to turn them off at any time, and optional data (contact, answers, places and trip areas) only on the basis of your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Usage events: 13 months, then deleted, keeping only aggregate counts.
Consent records and contact details: until you withdraw consent or delete your data, or 24 months after your last use.
Trip areas: 24 months. Rejected places: 90 days. Support messages: 12 months.
Neighbours posts and replies: 48 hours (events up to 7 days), then erased within 7 days. Anti-flooding connection fingerprint: 24 hours.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time:

In the app: Settings → Privacy → “Delete my data”. Everything linked to the install ID is deleted immediately.
Without the app: use the support page with the email or WhatsApp number you shared, or email kout@me.com.

We answer privacy requests within 30 days at most.

Security and location of data

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored with Cloudflare in data centres that may be outside your country (mainly in Europe). Access is restricted to us with a secret key.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and the options to share an email or number are for people aged 18 or over.

Laws

We follow Kuwait’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, other GCC data protection laws and other laws where they apply, and the App Store privacy guidelines.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we update the date on this page, tell you in the app, and ask for your consent again before collecting any new kind of optional data.
